AAXICO is pleased to introduce some of the many extruded, CNC fabricated and molded parts manufactured by Allwest Plastics Inc. (AWP). Based in Huntington Beach, California, AWP offers its customers an entire library of tooling for interior aircraft parts, including CNC fabrication and molding capabilities which allow for an unlimited number of specialized parts to be made. They offer an extensive collection of over 2,400+ parts produced from Polyurethane, Polycarbonate, Ultem ™, Rigid PVC, Flex PVC, Vestamid Nylon 12, Lexan 9705, and Noryl FST6010. AWP also recently obtained its AS9100 and ISO9001 certification. AAXICO represents AWP as their exclusive worldwide distributor and we look forward to helping you with your requirements of Allwest Plastics’ parts.

B737, B757, B777 Clear Lenses

Seat Track Covers

Lenses:
Ready to ship and install on B737 and B757 aircraft. This is a product improvement using material that is more UV resistant and therefore less subject to in-service yellowing or discoloration.

Clear Lenses:
Clear lenses are available for many aircraft including B737, 757 and 777 that resist fogging, yellowing and cracking.

Seat Track Covers: Available for most aircraft including ERJ 170/190, CRJ and B757 – identical to OEM but with improved lead time and availability. Custom configurations are available in short time frame due to in-house capabilities.

Cable Enclosures:
Created from an engineering TUP elastomer which provides suppleness, pliability and good memory for repeatable use. Meets flame and smoke test requirements.

Ceiling Air Nozzles: Completed ceiling air nozzles are available in thermoplastic Ultem™ or extruded thermoset composites. Finished part includes CNC machining.

Galley Parts:
Contour edge molding trim for galley panels and class dividers and rub-strips for galley cabinetry.
The rub-strip system uses interchangeable inserts for easy replacement with no damage to cabinetry and offers the flexibility of various
thicknesses.
